We’ll send you a detailed packing list well before the retreat, but here’s a general idea of what to bring and how to prepare:

What is your cancellation policy?
Retreat Attendee Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully before registering for the retreat:
Cancellations by Attendee:

More than 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat begins, you will receive credit for the full amount paid (minus the $300 non-refundable deposit) toward a future retreat within 24 months of the original retreat date. -
Between 30 and 59 Days Before Retreat Start Date
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the retreat begins, you will receive a credit of 50% of your total payment (minus the $300 non-refundable deposit) toward a future retreat within 24 months of the original retreat date. -
Less than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date
If you cancel less than 30 days before the retreat start date, no credit will be issued. At this point, all funds are considered non-refundable due to commitments made to vendors, accommodations, and event planning.
However, if we are able to fill your spot with another participant, we will gladly offer you a full credit toward a future retreat.
Transfers: You may also transfer your registration to another person if you are unable to attend.
How does the bring a spouse or business partner work?
We know that launching a retreat can be even more powerful (and fun!) when you have your right-hand person by your side.
That’s why we’re offering a special add-on rate for spouses or business partners to join you at the Ultimate First-Time Hosts’ Retreat!

Your spouse or business partner can attend for just $750 USD.

They must either be your life partner or actively involved in your business.

They’ll share your room, and their meals and transportation are also included.

They can choose to attend the sessions with you or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

This is the perfect option if your plus-one helps with operations, marketing, or planning—or if you just want someone to soak in the experience with!

What if I have special dietary needs?
No problem at all—we’ve got you covered! We’re happy to accommodate most common dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and food allergies.
At registration, you can note any dietary restrictions or preferences. Our team will work with the chef to ensure you’re well taken care of—so you can relax and enjoy every delicious bite without worry!
If you have a more complex dietary concern, feel free to reach out in advance so we can discuss options.
Will there be Wi-Fi or cell service?
Yes, we do have high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the retreat venue so you can stay connected as needed. However, please note that we are in a remote location and there are no nearby cell towers, so cell service is unavailable.
We encourage you to use this as a chance to unplug and be present—but rest assured, you’ll still be able to check emails, message via apps (like WhatsApp), and access anything you need online through Wi-Fi.
